Video: Tim Walz Flips the Finger After Heckling Students Yelled “TRUMP 2024 BABY!” at Michigan-Minnesota Game—But That Wasn’t His Only Nasty Move

In a stunning display that’s making waves across social media, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was caught in a highly embarrassing moment during his recent appearance at a Michigan college football game. As if the disastrous optics of his campaign weren’t enough, Walz was photographed giving Michigan voters the middle finger—whether intentional or not, the backlash has been swift.

This incident follows Donald Trump’s harsh critique of Walz during a rally in Montana, where the former president mockingly dubbed him “Comrade Walz” and highlighted his progressive policies. Trump didn’t hold back, slamming Walz for his extreme decisions, like providing feminine care products in boys’ restrooms and mishandling the George Floyd riots.

Now, Walz seems to have added fuel to the fire by literally flipping off a crowd in Michigan. After being caught on video looking overly excited or possibly incontinent at the game, Walz was later seen clutching his waistband in a bizarre fashion.

Moments later, the photo that captured him flashing the middle finger to the crowd went viral.

If Tim Walz flipped the middle finger in response to being heckled with “TRUMP 2024 BABY!!!” chants from students at the Michigan-Minnesota game, and it looks like he did than this is an incredibly telling moment. This kind of behavior from a vice-presidential candidate’s running mate will no doubt spark outrage among voters who already see Walz as out of touch and unfit for leadership.

It’s almost comical that, after all the accusations from Democrats about Trump’s so-called lack of decorum, Walz goes and pulls a stunt like this in public. The students chanting “TRUMP 2024” clearly got under his skin, and instead of handling it like a professional, Walz went rogue.
Whether it was a slip or an intentional gesture, the damage is done. Walz is being ripped apart on social media, with critics calling him “freakish” and a disaster for the Harris campaign.

One thing’s for sure, this photo is bound to haunt him for the remainder of the election cycle.
