WOW: Leaked Letter from Fire Chief Kristin Crowley Proves Mayor Karen Bass Should Be Investigated (Screenshot)

While the Left frantically blames climate change for California’s catastrophic fires, a glaring truth is emerging: mismanagement and failed leadership are fueling this disaster. Nowhere is this more evident than in Los Angeles, where Mayor Karen Bass’s priorities appear disastrously misplaced.

A leaked letter from L.A. Fire Chief Kristin Crowley, written just last month, exposes alarming concerns about the city’s readiness for wildfire season. Instead of addressing these pressing issues, Bass slashed the fire department’s budget by $23 million and jetted off to Ghana, leaving her constituents to fend for themselves.

Chief Crowley’s letter highlights the dire consequences of neglect and underfunding:

Outdated equipment unable to meet the demands of modern firefighting.
Insufficient staffing for critical response units during peak fire season.
Ignored warnings about hazardous conditions threatening urban and suburban areas.

Despite these warnings, Bass prioritized international photo ops over local safety. Her decision to cut fire department funding, coupled with restrictive environmental policies that limit water use for firefighting, has left Angelenos vulnerable.

And let’s not forget Governor Gavin Newsom, whose track record of pandering and failed policies has only worsened the crisis. Together, Bass and Newsom’s leadership—or lack thereof—has turned California into a cautionary tale of political neglect.

This letter is a damning indictment of the priorities of the Bass administration. Instead of protecting lives and property, she’s focused on agendas that have little to do with her citizens’ safety.

It’s time for answers. Mayor Bass should be investigated for her failures, and Californians deserve leadership that puts their safety first.

Take a look at the leaked letter below and judge for yourself—Bass’s incompetence is on full display.
